Vialfall

Privacy

This page is the privacy and data-collection record for Vialfall 1.0.0 and for vialfall.win. If a later release changes this, the new text will replace this page on the same URL. Vialfall is a passion project by Matthew Salinas, provided by Hungry Nova Labs.

What the game collects

Nothing off the device. Vialfall does not open a network connection. There are no accounts, no cloud saves, no crash beacons, no advertising identifiers, and no in-app purchases.

The only store is a local JSON file in the iOS app sandbox (user://save_v1.json inside Godot). It holds settings, discoveries, Crowns, shipment progress, and an optional Continue chamber. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

What this website collects

vialfall.win is a static site on Hungry Nova Labs hardware. It does not set cookies, does not load third-party analytics, and does not embed social pixels. The server may keep ordinary web logs (time, path, user agent) for a short period to keep the box healthy. Those logs are not sold and are not joined to a player profile — there is no player profile.

The daily web game at daily.vialfall.win is different on purpose: it offers one optional first-party notebook cookie so a score can live on the shared board. That cookie is named, signed, HttpOnly, and demonstrated on the cookie jar. The iPhone game still uses none.

The bug form stores the words you type, an optional reply address, and a hashed network address to stop floods. The lab inbox is not printed on the page. Optional tips go through Stripe Checkout on Hungry Nova Labs LLC and never create a shop inside the game.

Tracking and children

App Tracking Transparency is off. There is no IDFA use. Vialfall is a personal lab toy, not a service aimed at children, and it does not ask for a name, age, or email.

Who to write

Matthew Salinas made the game. Hungry Nova Labs LLC, Augusta, Georgia, provides the sites and optional tips. Public desk: hungrynovalabs.com. This site, not a store listing, is the canonical privacy URL for current and future releases.
